I got this order a couple weeks ago and just finished it ^^ The customer referenced the concept art version of Morrigan and said it didn't have to be accurate to her in-game version, so I got to take some creative license.
The base of the skirt is deerskin and cowhide, and the stitches along the front are actually functional, holding the 2 pieces together.
The belts are cut from 6 different kinds of leather (including pig suede, deerskin, garment cowhide, deer-tanned cowhide, oil-tanned cowhide and this cool splotchy textured leather) to give it more dimension. I didn't actually count how many strips there are, but it took a couple hours just to cut them all.
The skirt fastens with buckles that are hidden under the panel on the left. The fur is rabbit fur I dyed myself; white would have looked too clean and stark, so I went with a light brown/tan.
The fur and all the belts are hand stitched with thick linen thread since I wanted a rough handmade look.

I spotted how cool this skirt in game and even tried to make my girl agree to wear a replica, but it is definetely not her style... sigh.. Great work!
