It's DONE! My BFF from Michigan is in town and since she just happens to be a photographer I made her take pictures of my Leliana :)

The costume itself, sadly, is not 100% finished. I'm missing the armband and the belt/pouches. But you know what? I don't care lol I'm so happy with the way this whole thing turned out, my OCD is taking a break.

HOW int eh WORLD did you make those boots/splintmail?!?! I'm making this exact version of Leliana for my own cosplay, and some pointers/help would be much appreciated!!!!

The boots, I really have no idea. It's a lot of pattern drafting and creativity, filling in design holes and coming up with ways of making them functional. By splintmail to you mean the scales? They're large size scales in aluminum from theringlord.com. There are tutorials there and info on what rings to buy, etc. Sorry I can't offer more help on the boots, but if you run into any specific problems, I'd love to help figure them out :)
